Gills is Awarded “Superior” AIB Rating

Gills underwent the annual AIB auditing on Nov. 16, 2006, and was once again awarded a “Superior” rating with a score of 915. The AIB rating is based on proper recordkeeping and adherence to policies in the following categories:

·  Adequacy of Food Safety Program

·  Pest Control

·  Operational methods and Personnel Practices

·  Maintenance for food safety

·  Cleaning Practices
